Growing up is not easy, and sometimes it's hard to cope with whatever life throws at you. The good news is there are lots of things that CAMHS might be able to help you with, such as:
- Feeling anxious, worried or scared
- Feeling sad
- Hurting yourself or wanting to hurt yourself
- Feeling like you don't want to be alive any more
- Feeling like you have to check or repeat things, or having a sense that you are responsible for stopping bad things from happening
- Having problems with eating and food
- Feeling distressed and overwhelmed by upsetting events (trauma)
- Hearing voices or seeing things.
