We make lots of information about the Trust available through our publication scheme. However if you cannot find what you are looking for, you may wish to submit a Freedom of Information request.
By publishing information on our website, we aim to make information available to the public at minimum inconvenience and cost. Material which is published and accessed on a website will be provided free of charge.
Charges may be made for actual costs incurred such as:
- Photocopying – our charges are currently 10 pence per sheet (20 pence per sheet for colour printing)
- Postage and packaging – this is charged at cost to the Trust
- Costs directly incurred as a result of retrieving and viewing information, or providing it in a different format.
If a charge is to be made, confirmation of the payment due will be given before the information is provided. Payment may be requested before we provide the information.
The Trust is not obliged to provide information where the cost of locating, retrieving and extracting the information would exceed £450. If a request did exceed this amount we would advise on whether the information could be provided in a different way which would not exceed this limit.
On our publication scheme page you will find information which we make available in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, which allows members of the public to access Trust documents. This relates to any information about our business activities.
Any information which can be accessed on this site can be accessed free of charge.
