Gloss provides support services and social activities for people with mental health problems. A social event is held in the evening on the first Wednesday of every month. This might be an outing to the cinema or to a restaurant, a game or quiz session, or a karaoke night. The Group also offers therapeutic Groups, such as relaxation anxiety management, aromatherapy, assertiveness training etc.
