A free support service in North Derbyshire (including Chesterfield, North East Derbyshire and High Peaks) for stroke survivors aged over 18, their carers and family members. We provide information, practical advice and emotional support, helping people to understand stroke and its effects and establish a life after stroke. Support can be provided in the form of one-to-one visits, or over the phone or online.
