Provides help for people with anxiety, depression and other similar difficulties: low mood, stress, panic, anger, phobias, trauma, bereavement, loss, relationship difficulties, family problems. Therapy will be provided in GP surgery or at another convenient venue in Derbyshire. Therapy can also take place over the telephone or online where appropriate.
