We are open 10.00 am – 3.00 pm Tuesday to Thursday but please check with the centre if you don’t already have a prior appointment. The Freedom Programme is every Thursday you don’t need to book or make an appointment but please note it is a 12 week rolling programme.

Extra Information
We offer low cost counselling, mental health and domestic violence services (including legal and debt/benefits/housing advice) courses/ workshops to build confidence and improve wellbeing. All of our services are confidential. Creche facilities are available.
